Adobe Connect Pricing and Included Features
This is currently the most popular licensing model. A Meeting Host license is assigned to a staff member within your organization to be able to schedule/host unlimited meetings with up to 100 connections per meeting. One meeting at a time per host license. Attendees and co-presenters do NOT need a license. Anyone can join and the meeting host can make anyone a presenter (as many as you’d like). A Meeting Host license may be reassigned from one individual to another staff member anytime
|Live Virtual Classrooms
With this licensing, a Named Virtual Classroom Manager can create and run a Virtual Classroom (which has a “live” instructor) at any given time with up to 200 attendees. The NVCM can also create Courses within the Training Module of Connect, but they will only be able to be delivered within a Virtual Classroom as synchronous (meaning live) training. The NVCM license also comes with access to the Events Management features. Event Management includes the ability to create custom attendee registration landing pages so that attendees can self-register, receive confirmation email and reminders. For example, a NVCM can create a cirriculum that includes several live online classes that must be attended and completed by the trainee. The trainee can enroll online and attend the classes. The NVCM can track registration and attendance, access reporting, test, grade, etc.
Used for deploying curriculum and/or courses online for asynchronous (on-demand or not live) training delivery. Any enrolled students will have their results tracked via the lightweight Learning Management System (LMS) functionality that Adobe Connect offers. The concurrent learner license is NOT tied to any particular person or trainee. The concurrency portion translates to having the ability to have up to the total amount of licenses purchased accessing your online training course at any given time. For example if you have 1,000 enrollees and only 100 licenses, only 100 enrollees can be tracked at any given time, and the remaining enrollees will have the ability to engage in the training content and have their results tracked once the one of the enrollees have completed the training and are no longer accessing the training content.
Named Webinar Manager (NWM): Includes all of the same features as the Meeting Host license with the added ability to create custom attendee registration landing pages so that attendees can self-register, receive confirmation email and reminders. NWM license is assigned to a staff member within your organization to be able to schedule & host Webinars. One webinar at a time per NWM. A NWM license may be reassigned from one individual to another staff member anytime.
Shared Webinar Manager (SWM) – Includes the same features as the NWM license, however, this option is geared towards organizations that have a lot of staff members that need a to be able to schedule and “host” (not attend) webinars. The SWM license is not tied to any person and allows anyone in the company to schedule and host webinars. One webinar at a time per shared webinar room license.
