As you know, we had previously used a competitor of yours,
whose system was inferior. But, what really convinced us to
make the switch, was the tremendous service you provided.
As much as technology is important, the human touch can never
be discounted.
In fact, in retrospect, I think we assumed their system was
inferior, since they didn't provide the hands on support and
assistance in helping understand how to use their platform,
as you did. Your attitude truly made us feel as though you
were invested in making our program a success. You were and
are truly our partner in this regard.
Thank
you for reaching out via email, in written correspondence
and in your phone calls to make certain we were prepared for
our current and upcoming events, and for providing resources
to turn around the re-broadcast link in lightening speed.
These are just a few examples of how your attitude and support
made a difference to us. We look forward to the opportunity

wanted to take a moment and let you know how wonderful your
support staff is to work with, particularly Jack Sampogna.
I was hesitant to switch providers, however, after trying your
service for a few conference calls I can say that the quality
is comparable to AT&T, yet your pricing is substantially
lower and the customer support is absolutely fantastic.
I
recently used your WebEx service to present to a large potential
client for our donor management service. Not only did
Jack, in your client service department, take the time to
understand what I needed, he trained my staff on using the
service, and even helped us conduct a test run before we presented
live.
It's
refreshing to do business with a company that has such friendly
and knowledgeable staff and I am very pleased with the savings.

just wanted to let you know Deirdre did an outstanding job getting
us set up to hold virtual board meetings for our organization.
Some of our board members are computer challenged and Deirdre
was excellent in walking them through the use of Webinars and
getting them feeling confident to accept this way of doing a
meeting. She also quickly and effectively worked through
some last minute technical problems at our first virtual board
meeting.
In
