am a host or presenter for a Live Meeting:
In order to share or present during a Live Meeting you'll need to
have the Live Meeting 2007 plug-in installed on your PC. The first
time you host a meeting you will be prompted to install the plug-in.
You can also manually install the Live Meeting plug-in by clicking
the link below.

am a participant/attendee that was invited to a Live Meeting
If you have been invited to join a Microsoft® Live Meeting as
a participant/attendee you do not need to download the plug-in in
order to join the meeting. When you click the link from the email
invitation you will be direct to the join page which provides the
option to either install Microsoft Office Live Meeting client or use
Microsoft Office Live Meeting Web Access. Scroll to the bottom of
the page and select "Accept and Use" button. This will join
you into the meeting without a download (java required).
