Decide how many "host licenses" your organization needs?
A host is a log in (username/password) to schedule and start online
meetings. Participants and co-presenters do not need a host
license. One meeting per host is allowed at one time. For example,
5 standard host accounts allow five different staff members to each
host a meeting at the same time with up to 150 attendees per meeting.
2.
Which service type do you need (standard or professional)? There
are two available service types which have a different maximum number
of attendees per meeting and available features. The table below
includes a complete list of available features by service type.
NOTE: you can mix and match service types (ex. purchase 2 standard
hosts + 3 pro hosts).
