Inc. Magazine Names Communique Conferencing, Inc. as one
of the 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America
Reston,
VA - August 24, 2010 - Communique
Conferencing, Inc., the world leader in audio, web and video conferencing
services, claims a spot on the prestigious Inc. Magazine 5000 list.
Inc.
magazine has been highlighting the exceptional growth of small businesses
in industries including advertising and marketing, business products
and services, environmental and IT services, as well as consumer
and public sector organizations since 2007. Inc. measured the success
of these organizations from 2006 to 2009, and because the recession
fell within that timeframe many on the list did not experience the
growth they had back in 2006. In 2007 the list was full of leaders
in the construction and manufacturing industries. Today, the list
is heavily populated by those in the business products and services
industry; an indication that there has been a shift in business
growth due to the economy. While many organizations on the list
saw a drop in growth in 2009 versus 2006, Communique was an exception
and continued to see a steady flow of business throughout the recession
because of its service offerings - virtual event services, audio,
video and Web conferencing. The growth they have experienced and
the strategic partnerships developed over the years with clients
were instrumental in earning a rank of 4180 on the 5000 list.
Communique
Conferencing Director of Corporate Communications, Adelphi Kennedy,
adds, "We are extremely honored to be recognized as one of the top
U.S. based private companies. This recognition puts a spotlight
on our incredible staff, business partners and clients who have
helped Communique achieve double digit revenue growth each year
since inception."
As
an Inc. 5000 awardee, Communique Conferencing shares a prestigious
pedigree with such notable alumni as Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour,
Microsoft, Jamba Juice, Timberland, Visa, ClifBar, Patagonia, Oracle,
and scores of other powerhouses. Inc. Editor Jane Berentson commented,
"If you want to find out which companies are going to change the
world, look at the Inc. 5000. These are the most innovative, dynamic,
fast-growth companies in the nation, the ones coming up with solutions
to some of our most intractable ills, creating systems that let
us conduct business faster and easier, and manufacturing products
we soon discover we can't live without. The Inc. 5000 list is Inc.
magazine's tribute to American business ingenuity and ambition."
