Premiere Global Services Acquires Communiqué Conferencing: A Winning Combination For Customers
Acquisition of of Communiqué Conferencing Services Accelerates PGI's Event Services Strategy

ATLANTA, GA , APRIL 1, 2009— Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI),a global provider of on-demand, communication technologies-based business process improvement solutions, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Communiqué Conferencing Services, Inc, a leading provider of audio and event conferencing services to small and medium sized businesses.

Reston, VA–based Communiqué Conferencing, a provider of conferencing & collaboration solutions since 2002, has an established customer base audio and Webinar event customers. The acquisition is projected to be accretive to Premiere Global's revenues and earnings beginning in the second quarter of 2009.
