Officescape Selects Communiqué for Web Conferencing Services
Communiqué services being offered to more than 300 properties and 8,000 customers throughout Officescape's national network

Reston, VA -- January 12, 2004 - Communiqué Conferencing, Inc., a premier provider of Web and phone conferencing services to businesses worldwide, announced today that it signed an agreement with Officescape, Inc., a leading provider of office-on-demand, virtual office and unified communications services, to be the exclusive provider of Web conferencing services to Officescape's nationwide customer network of more than 300 office properties and 8,000 customers. The agreement is expected to be worth over $1.5 million over the initial three-year term of the contract.

Communiqué Web conferencing services, which are available online via a standard Web browser, are being offered directly through Officescape's member's-only online portal. These services will enable Officescape members to share presentations, documents, software applications or an entire desktop live via the Web, in addition to the core business services that Officescape has built its reputation on--reserving meeting rooms and offices, and arranging a variety of assistant services and other solutions.

Together, the conferencing services provided by Communiqué and the virtual office solutions offered by Officescape enable businesses of all sizes and professionals, who are working from non-traditional office locations, to seamlessly conduct business and collaborate with colleagues, business partners, and clients worldwide.
