Make More of Your Monday Meetings

The Monday morning meeting is a business week staple. It’s a great opportunity to update teams on what happened the previous week and set goals and expectations for the week to come. Web conferencing can add an extra element to these meetings turning them into interactive, collaborative working sessions that really start the work week off on a positive note.

Adding web conferencing doesn’t mean increasing the complexity or formality of the normally quick and casual Monday “touch base” conference call. A link to a web conference is as simple to incorporate into the meeting information that you typically distribute as are the dial-in numbers and passcodes for the audio conference. And you can even elect to use the same web conference link every week – a kind of standing meeting room for your weekly calls.
