relations events
- Focus

- Product

Typical
Conference Call Structure
Presentations, announcements, press conferences and calls pertaining
to Investor Relations that include a large number of participants
are best accommodated in the "Listen Only" mode coupled with a Question
and Answer (Q&A) period.
During a Listen Only/Q&A call, conference presenter lines are open
and fully interactive for the duration of the conference. There
is no limitation placed on the number of fully interactive Presenter
lines you can have for your conference. Conferees, on the other
hand, are placed in "Listen Only" mode throughout the presentation
portion of the conference. They are only allowed to speak once the
Q&A session has begun, and they must enter "14" on their touch-tone
phone in order to do so.
The moderator controls the entire conference by way of the Communication
Line. This line gives him or her totally private access to the call
operators and allows the moderator to control sound quality, Q&A
directives, and general call coordination.
Information Distribution Options
All conference participants are able to have conference sensitive
documentation sent to them in minutes.
Blast Fax: This service faxes your conference documents to
everyone on your participant list in just minutes via high-speed
broadcast fax equipment. There is no limit to the number of parties
you can fax to at once. Save yourself the stress of gathering and
sending all these documents, and let Communiqué handle it
all for you!
Blast Voice Messaging: This service informs your clients,
employees, or target audience that you are personally inviting them
to attend a meeting. The notification can be done via telephone
with your voice recording, or developed here at Communiqué with
the script of your choice. This service takes the burden of individual
notification off your to-do list.
Blast E-mail: This service allows you to send information
to a large number of potential call participants simultaneously
via the Internet. You provide the content and addresses and we will
do the rest.
Security
Following a conferee invitation list allows Communiqué to control
participant access. If a potential participant's name does not appear
on the invitation list, access will be denied or put on hold pending
your approval via the Communication Line.
For general invitation conference calls, all requested participant
documentation is provided to you via facsimile or e-mail report.
Typically requested information might include the caller's name
and company affiliation.
Conference Recording
You can choose to have your conference call recorded. Tapes or CDs
can be forwarded to one or multiple locations. Your call can also
request re-broadcast immediately following the event through our
Digital Replay service. This service is available to you 24 hours
a day, seven days a week. This is a great alternative for participants
who are unable to attend the live call. Calls can be archived for
up to a year.
Audio
WebStreaming
This service allows you to reach unlimited audiences via the Internet.
All that is required to access a WebStream is a multimedia PC. Reach
all of your investors, analysts, and media with out interruptions.
We highly recommend Audio WebStreaming for Investor Relations calls
and other calls involving members of the media. Audio WebStreaming
gives the media access to the information you intend to make public,
and prevents them from interrupting during your conference.
